用户可随时关闭自动续费；取消后服务持续至已付费周期结束。服务器删除前，平台会按租约终止流程停止实例并释放资源。
未交付、重复扣款或平台确认的长期故障可申请原路退款。已成功交付且已使用的周期通常不按剩余天数退款，法律另有要求除外。退款申请通过工单提交，须包含订单号，不得包含完整支付卡信息。
退款获批后，相关租约会标记退款并按适用状态暂停或终止。备份保留期不因退款延长，请在取消前导出需要的数据。

You may disable automatic renewal at any time. Service continues until the paid period ends. Before deletion, the lease workflow stops the instance and releases capacity safely.
Original-payment refunds are available for non-delivery, duplicate charges, or a prolonged platform fault we confirm. Successfully delivered and used periods are generally non-refundable except where law requires otherwise. Open a ticket with the order ID and never include full card data.
An approved refund marks the lease and may suspend or terminate it. Backup retention is not extended by a refund; export required data before cancellation.
